Gourmet specialities with Chef Della Vedova

Milan, 1 October 2014. The restaurant in the Lorenteggio area, which has recently been enriched by the arrival of the prestigious chef Massimo Della Vedova, is divided into three levels and has recently inaugurated a gourmet menu, divided between Mediterranean dishes and original pizzas. In the recommended recipes for the autumn season, fresh porcini mushrooms play a starring role: with homemade tagliatelle, with pappardelle and sausage ragout or with the classic sliced beef.
