Milan, 31 October 2014. On the occasion of the Night of the Witches, the BT Milano restaurant organised a special menu created by the inventiveness of chef Massimo Della Vedova. A celebration different from the parties organised by clubs and discotheques, but no less fun: there was no lack of masks, disguises and themed decorations, and the gastronomic proposal satisfied all the clientele, with the names of the dishes that were a whole programme. A few examples? The dragon wings were chicken wings with sauces, the moths at the last flight were butterflies with Bertagnina pumpkin and liquorice powder, and the devil's saddle was nothing more than a Tagliata di carne in ash of onion...
