Pastes, formats and seasonings: from kamut to soya to gourmet recipes

BT Milano is the place to try to experience an evening entirely dedicated to pizza, proposed with different formats and different recipes, designed for all tastes and intolerances. You can in fact opt for the traditional version or the 'al metro' version, designed for an original giropizzaand choose between cereal dough, based on soya, kamut semolina or stone-ground whole wheat flour.
All varieties, recognised by the World Pizza Federation, are garnished with fiordilatte and San Marzano DOC cherry tomatoes: we recommend trying the BT Milano with cherry tomatoes, basil, buffalo chunks, rocket, raw ham, parmesan shavings and Modena balsamic vinegar glaze.
