BT Milano is an eclectic establishment that consists of two souls: the restaurant, with its more refined features and its own menu, located in the room on the first floor, and the pizzeria that has made it famous in the city on the second. The restaurant boasts one of the most renowned chefs in Milan, Massimo Della Vedova, who has put together some interesting proposals for the new season. His is a Mediterranean cuisine that combines classic style with contemporary reinterpretations. The balance of flavours gives rise to recipes such as the tagliolini with squid ink with sea urchin, pistachios, red prawns and swordfish; or the sesame-flavoured tuna steak with vin cotto sauce, escalope and garnished with orange segments and crispy onion.
