BT Milan: pizza is made in four

Different doughstraditional or metre version

Milan, 24 July 2015. A rustic and cosy restaurant, it is divided into three levels including a large air-conditioned outdoor area. The pizza is offered in different formats and recipes, designed for all tastes and intolerances. You can opt for the traditional version or the "al metro" version, designed for an original giropizza, and choose from four doughs: cereal, soya, kamut semolina and whole wheat flour (stone-ground). All varieties, recognised by the World Pizza Federation, are garnished with fiordilatte and San Marzano DOC cherry tomatoes.
