Restaurant Pizzeria in the Lorenteggio area
Milan, 20 Mayc2016. The Beato Te Milano is a restaurant in the Lorenteggio area that is popular with both the neighbourhood clientele and those who choose it, among Milan's roster of establishments, for its rich offerings. It is divided into three floors, differing in concept: the first is an elegant room with round tables, finely set and dominated by the ovens for cooking pizzas and the grill where fine cuts of meat are prepared, suitable for refined dinners and small groups. On the upper floor, another large room accommodates large companies and is also set up for entertainment. The top floor, a terrace covered, is an additional space flanked by an oven and where groups of friends usually gather.
The kitchen is coordinated by chef Massimo della Vedova, and offers dishes such as cod Catalan style, a selection of raw fish, and sautéed octopus with purple potatoes, Taggiasche olives and spinach, paccheri with shellfish and 'ndujapappardelle with catalogna, burrata, taggiasche and spring onions, but also special pizzas. The latest entry on the menu is the fried pizza, in several variations, from the classic to the one with sausage and friarielli.
