Proposals for the opening month of August

Milan, 14 July - BT Milano is a restaurant in the Lorenteggio area where, if you happen by chance, you will return often. Its strong point is certainly its capacity, arranged on three floors and suitable for large groups as well as more intimate tables, but also and above all its gastronomic offer. In fact, there are several proposals that focus on pizza, so much so that you can find it fried, by the metre and in different doughs, including soya, charcoal or hemp sativa. But behind the creation of the more elaborate dishes is chef Massimo Dellavedova, who among the various accolades he has received in his career has also been awarded a prestigious Michelin star at the Taverna di Colloredo. Open for the entire month of August, his menu features various dishes inclined to the summer season, such as mussels alla marinara with cherry tomatoes and a hint of white pepper with carasau bread, fish plate with vanilla oil and citrus fruits, paccheri with shellfish and anduja or mixed fried squid, prawns and king prawns with julienne vegetables in tempura.
