At BT Milano it's time for a new menu
Not just pizza: taste and creativity will be on stage at BT Milano
Leading the kitchen brigade of this cosy restaurant in the Lorenteggio area is chef Massimo Della Vedova, who has recently revamped the menu with dishes that look towards the summer season. His cuisine is synonymous with continuous research and is characterised by a combination of technique and boldness, combined with experimentation and taste. A refined cuisine that at BT Milano is served in the elegant and refined "La Rosa dei Beati" dining room and that brings to the table creations such as the pacchero with lamb ragout, broad beans, celery and carrot brunoise on a spinach mousse, with its typically spring-like hints; the suckling pig cooked at a low temperature for 20 hours accompanied by baked artichokes and an aromatic pie, tender and crispy at the same time (pictured) or the sea bass fillet with live peeled orange served on creamed peas. To complete the offer also pizza, available with seven different types of dough, to be enjoyed in the 'Sala del Sincato' or on the 'Terrazza del Divino'.
