Spignattando came to see us!

We love pizza and like to discover new places ? Last night we were at BTmilano among 11 different pizza doughs ? We listened to the reason for this choice, which is to go into detail about the different doughs, each with its own characteristics and peculiarities. And then we made our choices: cereal base stuffed with fried courgettes, bresaola and taggiasche olive mousse and crescenza ?? A light, but tasty pizza in which the cereal base had plenty of room
