THIS YEAR FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER WE HAVE COME UP WITH THREE DIFFERENT RICH MENUS ACCOMPANIED BY DJ SETS AND LIVE MUSIC

GOURMET DINNER MENU

ANTIPASTI

  • Cheese platter with fine cold cuts, accompanied by rustic bread croutons;
  • exotic seafood: Tuna tartare on mango puree, Salmon tartare in pineapple flower, Red prawn tartare with passion fruit;

FIRST

  • Calamarata with turbot ragout and artichokes
  • Taleggio-flavoured watery rice with saffron cream and crispy leeks

SECOND

  • Roast veal stuffed with bacon and chestnuts in a Suvignon Blanc nappatura accompanied by mashed Vitellotte potatoes

SWEET

  • Panettone and Pandoro accompanied by mascarpone cream, spicy chocolate cream and salted pistachio cream
