THIS YEAR FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER WE HAVE COME UP WITH THREE DIFFERENT RICH MENUS ACCOMPANIED BY DJ SETS AND LIVE MUSIC

GOURMET DINNER MENU

ANTIPASTO

- Bis of Carpaccio: the first of Piemontese beef with artichoke cream and crunchy Grana Padano cheese and the second of Alaskan salmon marinated in beetroot with pineapple;

FIRST

- Champagne risotto with prawn tartare;

- Cannelloni with white meat ragout, Porcini mushrooms and Montasio cheese;

SECOND

- Iberico fillet on creamed potatoes with Amarone ristretto accompanied by crispy artichokes;

SWEET

Panettone and Pandoro accompanied by mascarpone cream, spicy chocolate cream and salted pistachio cream;

TOAST AT MIDNIGHT

- Traditional cotechino with lentils
